Why 150g/km?
Providing only vehicles that emit up to 150g/km of CO2 means that they fall into bands A to C of the Department for Transport’s emission based rating system.  This threshold ensures that our range of vehicles are below that of the average car on the UK’s roads today and is also diverse enough to cater for the needs of all our customers, whether they’re looking for a supermini or an MPV.

How can you offer such big discounts? Are they imports or ‘nearly new’?
Unless stated otherwise, all our cars are brand new, unregistered and to UK specification.  ecofleet are able to act as an intermediary between car manufacturers/dealers and finance providers.  Dealing in large quantities allows us to pass significant savings on to you.

Can my local dealership supply my vehicle?
Our quotes are based on the most preferential terms we have been able to negotiate from many dealers across the country.  If your local dealership can match these terms, then of course we can arrange for them to supply the vehicle.

Is maintenance included?
Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour.  We can provide you with a quote with or without this if needed.  We generally recommend this for those customers that intend to drive over 15,000 miles per annum but it can offer peace of mind to other drivers during their contract period.

Our contracts range from 12 to 60 months depending on the vehicle and contract chosen.  The monthly payments are obviously lower the longer you choose this period to be.

What if I want to hand my vehicle back early?
Your contract will state that an “early termination fee” is payable should you wish to hand the vehicle back before the agreed term is over.  The fee is calculated around the market value of the vehicle, when you would like to end the contract and the number of months left for the contract to run.

What is an excess mileage rate?
At the end of the contract any mileage over the agreed mileage will be multiplied by the excess rate and invoiced to you.  For example, if you had an excess mileage rate of 5p and agreed to lease the vehicle over 2 years and 10,000 miles per annum but you averaged 10,500 then you would owe £50, i.e. 500 miles x 2 years x £0.05.
